Full DescriptionEach site-level team (options include working with small teams of up to 3 members from each school, or large teams of up to 6 members from each school) will attend QLD-facilitated workshop days which will help to build core competency in working with S.M.A.R.T. Goals. Typically, this instruction is carried out over 3 days of hands-on training. Focus will be on in-depth knowledge and understanding of our 7-step school improvement process. |

QLD will provide books to all team members in support of QLD Districtwide. |
The Handbook for SMART School Teams will help set the stage for collaboration teamwork by teaching the development of SMART (Strategic and Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Results-based, Time-bound) goals and improving processes and systems. |
