Component Executive Alignment to S.M.A.R.T.	Brief Description QLD works with your executive cabinet to guide, align and integrate QLD's solution process with the mission and vision of the district.	Full Description Typically a one-day off-site engagement, the Executive Leadership Alignment Retreat aligns the vision of this project with the long-term direction of the district.
Project Fit	The QLD Project Fit Team will align the key elements of this project with the scope of ongoing work in your district, perform a fit analysis and plan for the project implementation.	Our QLD team, representing professional services and technology (if applicable), will conduct a fit analysis with your team that will bring the often segregated worlds of curriculum, instruction and assessment together. Together with you, we will design an effective system that builds on your district's strengths and helps fill its gaps using our S.M.A.R.T. Goals Process.
Steering Team		QLD will assist in the creation of a Steering Team which will be comprised of key district leaders. The Steering Team will be the guiding force throughout this initiative. Initially, the team will meet to create the structures for implementation and then will monitor, adjust, and improve upon the implementation plan. [ next > ]
