Dr. William Conzemius is a seasoned staff developer and presenter. In addition to being active on the lecture and inservice circuit, he is a regular guest lecturer in the Departments of Educational Administration and Curriculum and Instruction at the UW-Madison, is an adjunct faculty member at Edgewood College and Cardinal Stritch, and supervises educational administration interns for UW-Madison. Bill recently retired from the Verona Area School District where he served in a variety of administrative positions over the last 29 years. He was an active member of Verona's Education Forum and the district's Strategic Planning Council, chaired district wide committees for portfolio assessment, progress reporting, and charter schools. He also served as a member of the district's long-range planning, space needs, governance, and multicultural education committees. A long-time Elementary Principal and former Director of Pupil Services / Special Education for the district, he completed his career in Verona as the district's Superintendent.
Dr. Conzemius has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology, two Master's Degrees, one in Educational Administration and the other in Educational Psychology, and received his Ph.D. from UW-Madison Educational Administration. Bill and his wife Anne live in rural Fitchburg, Wisconsin where they own a stable and spend time with their grandsons, Quinn and Edil.
