Barbara Hauser has dedicated her career to leaders seeking to gain, keep and grow a competitive position in the global market. In 1994, Barbara co-founded Empresarte Venezuela, exclusive representatives of the Franklin Covey Company, a premier personal and organizational effectiveness firm. As co-founder and managing partner of Empresarte, she has served her world class client base as business coach, sales associate, facilitator and consultant. She has worked closely with major oil companies, consumer product groups, financial institutions, technology providers and small business owners such as: Petróleos de Venezuela, Halliburton Energy Services, Statoil, Procter & Gamble, DHL, Coca Cola, Empresas Polar, S.C. Johnson & Son, BASF, Gatorade, Unilever, HP, Agilent Technologies, Johnson and Johnson Medical, Cemex, Holderbank, ARSDÁRCY Advertising, Intercontinental Hotels, Motorola Andina, Grupo Banesco and HBO Olé, among others.

Barbara has founded and grown four businesses in the private service sector and currently manages her own private coaching and consulting practice. She is a certified QLD Consultant, dedicated to building learning communities. She partners regularly with Advantage Management International, widely known throughout Latin America for their training and consulting capabilities. She is regularly sought after to deliver presentations on subjects including the principles of highly effective organizations and leadership. Barbara earned a BA Degree from the University of Iowa and an MA in Curriculum and Instructional Design from Virginia Polytechnical University. She is from Weston, Florida.
