About Carol Pulsfus

Carol Pulsfus has been working with QLD for the past four years and was recently named Vice President of SMART Solutions. She has been facilitating successful 4MAT® seminars for over thirteen years and is building facilitation skills for a repertoire of new seminars as research emerges in the field. Carol's 30 years in education includes a wide range of experiences, including teaching at all grade levels, elementary school principal, professional development coordinator, and adjunct professor for Viterbo College and in the Department of Teaching and Learning at University of Wisconsin-Platteville. And more recently, she served as a professional development coordinator for CESA 5. Carol's certification is in Elementary Education with a Master's Degree in Educational Administration. In 2000 Carol received the Educational Influence Award from the Wisconsin Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.

Ms. Pulsfus has written and coordinated multiple Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration (CSRD) Grants in Wisconsin. Through CSRD, she has been mentoring school districts and organizations for many years, validating long term, systematic professional development. Ms. Pulsfus also works in the private sector focusing on strategic planning, leadership and management issues. Carol Pulsfus is from Wisconsin, the small town of Portage.

Presently Carol is coordinating and facilitating 4MAT events for Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration grants in Wisconsin. She has been helping school districts and organizations validate long term, systematic professional development. Carol also works in the corporate setting, both in training departments and for leadership and management issues.
